- More than 7days/1 week before departure: 100% of the deposit refunded.
- 90 days/12weeks or less before departure: No refund.
2.3. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services during the safari.
3. Changes to Booking
3.1. Requests to modify your booking must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
3.2. Additional charges may apply for changes in travel dates, accommodation, or itinerary.
4. Travel Insurance
4.1. All guests are required to have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accidents, trip cancellations, loss of personal belongings, and emergency evacuation.
4.2. Ventures and Bravo Safaris is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.
5. Health and Safety
5.1. Guests are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to travel. Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
5.2. Guests must adhere to all safety instructions provided by guides and staff during the safari.
5.3. Ventures and Bravo Safaris reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who poses a safety risk to themselves or others.
6. Liability
6.1 Ventures and Bravo Safaris acts as an agent for various suppliers, including transport, accommodation, and activity providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party services.
6.2. While every effort is made to ensure your safety and comfort, safaris inherently involve risks. By booking with Ventures and Bravo Safaris you acknowledge and accept these risks.
6.3. Ventures and Bravo Safaris shall not be liable for any force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
7. Photography and Media
7.1. Ventures and Bravo Safaris may use photos or videos taken during safaris for promotional purposes.
7.2. If you do not wish to be included in promotional materials, please inform us in writing before the safari.

8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tanzania.
